Glacier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, P.C., is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm. We are a referral based business, and once we have received a treatment referral from your dentist, we will contact you as promptly as possible to schedule an appointment. Please call 406-862-5656 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
We try our absolute best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Due to the fact that Glacier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, P.C. provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure resulting in delays. Emergency cases may also arise and cause delays. Although delays are rare, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Appointment Confirmations
You will be contacted by our staff to confirm any upcoming appointments. We do require confirmation of all appointments as our staff has set time aside specifically for you and we are looking forward to meeting with you. Any appointment that has not been confirmed at least 48 hours in advance may be cancelled and you will need to contact our office to reschedule. Please call 406-862-5656 to confirm your appointment

Financial Information
We do request payment at the time services are provided. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Finance options are also available, including Care Credit. If you have questions regarding any of our finance options or your account, please contact us at 406-862-5656, and we will gladly address any questions or concerns your may have.
Insurance Assistance
At Glacier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, P.C., we are happy to assist with your insurance questions and to file claims on your behalf with your insurance company. Our staff will submit claims to your insurance company with instructions to forward any insurance reimbursements directly to you. We do, therefore, require payment in full from our patients at the time services are provided.
If you have any problems or questions regarding your insurance, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. Be sure to bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement from your insurance company.
